What are some tips on using a digital camera?

I listen to and watch a fair amount of podcasts. The 30min drive to and from work every day lends ample time to do so. Although, this afternoon I watched some video podcasts to catch up.

One was yesterday's (1-22-08) Tekzilla Daily which had tips for "Organizing Your Life with Your Digital Camera." It sounded interesting, but was pretty lame. I do like Tekzilla generally. Met Patrick Norton (the host) once, seems like a nice guy.
