Does anyone have any great tips on using a Fujifilm S3100 digital camera?

I Am Sorry For All The Noise...

I do get a lot of heat because of the terrible noise I have in my pictures... I deserve it!

A part of the problem is not only that I does not have a clue on how to take digital photograph but that I also seems to be noise blind! Can only be the reason why I once in my digital camera youth posted this in the state the left of the above is a heavy crop from... I apologize!
