Does anyone have tips on photography for musicians?

Question by Vanitys Addiction: Does anyone have tips on photography for musicians?
I'm not used to doing photography for anything much more than models or fashion magazines but last night i got a call from a rapper wanting me to do his album cover and some media shots. I've never done anything of this sort before and he wasn't very specific in what he wanted so i'm just wanting to know if anyone has some tips on what to expect and possibly what they could be
